Cancellation & Returns Policy

This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can contact us:

  • Include: Order number, date of purchase, and item(s) to be returned

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree to cover it.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@alurielle.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
